A profile sticker in every rider pack

Are you organising a sportive, an audax, a gravel event or an ultra? I can prepare one sticker per route from your official GPX, to go in the pack handed out with the bib.

What riders get

A 25 mm wide sticker with the route's elevation profile, the distance, the elevation gain and the feed stations at their distance, to stick on top of the top tube, the handlebar or the stem. It comes in three lengths: 160 mm (top tube), 120 mm (handlebar) and 75 mm (stem). See the sticker sizes.

How it works

You send the GPX of each route, where the feed stations are and the date the race packs are handed out. The stickers carry no event name or logo: only the profile and the route information.
I prepare one file per route, which you approve before anything is printed.
I make the stickers: printing, laminating, cutting.
I deliver them to the agreed address, in time for packing the rider bags.

Price

The price depends on quantities and the number of routes: it's set on quotation. The project is still in its test phase; I'll reply with an example made on your profile.

Pre-orders: no payment is requested or taken. A pre-order commits neither the customer nor Stick'Profil.

Data collected: name, e-mail, country and sticker settings (pre-orders; the delivery address will only be asked for when orders open); e-mail and event (launch sign-ups); the e-mail entered to download a PDF, with your choice to receive news or not (this choice is optional and doesn't affect the download); name, e-mail, event, number of riders and message (organisers). GPS route: read only in your browser, including by the profile generator, which sends nothing. Only an elevation profile (distance and altitude, no coordinates) is sent with an order; this profile and the sticker file are deleted 30 days after shipping. Statistics: we count route imports and downloads anonymously (type of action, day, language, format), with no IP address, no identifier and no route content.

Retention and rights: sign-ups deleted at the latest 12 months after the launch or the end of the project; download e-mails kept for 12 months at most (proof of access and abuse prevention), then deleted, unless you chose to receive news, in which case until you unsubscribe; order details kept for accounting obligations.
